Mother in law hit me and ran away with my husband

Garima, On 7th My sasuma bit me and I complained, the police took to jail, later she ranged up her cousin devar, this uncle is very powerful man, so she came out of jail as my hubby was calling me jail se bahar Nikalo, then I went to hospital for medical and first aid, later when I returned home completed locked from outside inside, I went immediately to police station, but they said u have already complained, No need of again, I slept whole night outside, next day morning also did helped me, please advise a lawyer in hyd, advise today what I need to do as I want to go to home place, but am scarred as I called up my Chachaji in law, who made inside next day evening as I ranged him up thrice, by breaking the lock with the help of his wife-chachiji In law, and their driver,, next day Chachaji called and asking me unko bulalo, what I need to do in navi Mumbai, as I awaited since 11 days, my hubby is coming online on facebook, and on whatappapp nono reply

You can register a FIR under section 498A of Indian Penal Code, 1860 for domestic violence. Then on after the proceedings of the same you can file a petition for divorce in the Family court on grounds of cruelty under section 13 B of Hindu Marriage Act.
