Hi I have been through your query and I think you can do counselling before divorce or you can Duke divorce under sec 13v of mutual consent under Hindu marriage and divorce act which may please be noted
Dear client,
You first need to file a written police comaint against your husband and register FIR against him. Thereafter you file case of divorce and demand maintenance from him. You can also file case of domestic violence and claim maintenance and other relief like accomodation etc. You have good case but take initiative in a proper manner.

i sympathize for the stress and torture that you have been tolerating everyday, however you have not specified what exactly are you seeking on this portal. if you want solution you can either file complaint u/s. 498(a) of IPC or file a domestic violence complaint against your husband and in law.
