marriage performed in arya samaj mandir within a month of divorce

my daughter got divorce on 8th march 2017 and got married on 28th march 2017 through arya samaj mandir,faridabad with a person divorced 3 years back.please advice if there are any legal issues that may arise and if there are any,how to be rectified.
you should not remarry immediately after obtaining divorce by mutual consent .
2) the reason being their is possibility of your wife filing an appeal against grant of divorce on grounds that her signature was obtained by coercion
3) wait for period of 60 days from grant of divorce decree for remarriage

Congratulations to her. In any case when you state that she got divorce, was the order passed by a competent Court, if so, then there ought to be no issue. In case that is not the case then her second marriage would not be valid.

if her husband approaches to court within 6 months then the married may be declared as void, as one should not marry till the period of appeal expires. However the court may have a different opinion after due consideration on the facts. If such situation comes than feel free to ask for further remedy.
