What do you mean by the words "In case the marriage do not succeed" ? Both of them can marry and in case they are not able to live happily, they can seek for divorce. What is the compensation that you are talking about? If you are talking about maintenance then the girl can seek for the monthly maintenance. If you are talking about permanent alimony, again the girl can ask for it. If you are in Chennai and need any further assistance then you can contact me.

There is no logic behind that marriage. Having said that certainly both of them can go for marriage. in the event of any disputes in the future they can go for divorce by way of mutual consent. Regarding compensation for this defects is not maintainable. However, in the event of any mental cruelty and for other reasons any aggrieved party seek for certain compensation. But not for genital problems and for not having uterus, etc
