Legal remedy as husband files case against wife with false allegations

My husband file case against me with false cases in family court.he wants stay together but after some time he does not support me .Now what i do.Marriage done by hindu act.
if you are sure that he filed false cases against you then in said eventuality, you can file complaints against him in the same court of law under the provisions of Section 340 Cr. P.C. the Court shall then proceed to act against him. How long you have been married? if it is an early stage and you are sure that he is not going to maintain then you can seek divorce from him.
