Legal procedure to marry a girl of other caste without harming anyone

Hello, I belong to district firizabad of UP.I am a guy of 22 and wanna marry a girl who is 21 but of another caste.my parents are ready for the marriage but her parents are totally against this marriage and threatening her for her and my life.we want to get married but dont want to make harm to anybody(my family and also hers).we are not sure if we take any legal actions what her parents will do.they can make FIR against me and my family saying that i seduced the girl and can harm to my parents' image in the society.and we also dont want to file any complaint against her family as well.what precautive actions can i take so that none of the person get any type of harm and we get married.please please someone help me

dear client you can do marriage under special marriage act and take protection orders from the honble under special marriage act there is no need to register the marriage after done and no FIR will be lodged against you

You will have to go to the High Court and take Protection Orders in order to save your and her life without filing criminal complaints against the father and mother of the girl. The other way of getting around this is to go for a Arya Samaj Wedding and getting the same registered.
