Legal procedure for separation from family

15-Jun-2023 (In Family Law)
Is there any legal procedure or any document/draft through which i can, as an adult, mutually with the concern of my family, disown them? Lately, there has been too much disputes, arguments with my family due to various reasons and they want me to legally sign up a document saying they wont be responsible for this separation and i should give up on family name too. Can anyone advice me legally on this?

If all of members are agreed for mutual settlement about family dispute then we can make Memorandum of Understanding i.e. M.O.U. (Agreement) between all members & that document will b signed by all members as well as two witnesses. Similarly said document will b Notarised. It will b easy, time consuming and perfect way to settle the disputes.

There is no any legal procedure for separation. Wht only is advisable to you is that you start living separate and give a public notice in news paper that you donot have any relation with your family.
