Legal heir certificate fraud and misreprestation i need to know

my father has passed away 15 years back, my grand father and grand mother passed away so both my uncle and aunt have joined hands and they have not included my fathers name in the legal heir certificate, Now they are planning to sell all my grand parents land without giving my fathers share, Now how would i rise a complaint stating to include my fathers name in the legal heir certificate and how would i file a case since it is duiring the olden days birth certificate couldnt be found, there is only one certificate which includes my grand parents name is the marriage invitation.
In this case, first give complaint before police station about fraudulent document and further make copy to Revenue department and CC to collector and further if you know the survey number of the property make representation before Sub register for not to make any registration.
