Legal action against wife for torturing her in laws

My wife stays with my parents.After Child birth,she has totally changed.She shouts at small issues and creates a scene.I stay in another city for job purpose.I have requested her many times to join me,but she is not ready to move.She will stay with my parents and create problems.My In-laws are also involved.My parents are very old and simple persons.They are very upset and deciding to sell their house and move to some other place to find peace.I have tried to talk with my wife many times but she laughes at me.What can I do as a son??

In this case your parents can file a case of domestic violence against their daughter in law.also they can file a complaint under senior citizenship act.the parents may dispose off the property and can live at a new place. The daughter in law cannot enter there if they donot permit else they can file a criminal trespass against her.
