late father job given to brother,is sister have equal share in job

My father was a railway employee and passed away in 2008. In Compensation grounds railways offered a job and at that circumstances we agreed to give job to my brother.we didn't have written about other property share and about job. Now my brother is asking share in other property. My question is that if property shared equally my brother job should also shared equally. Do I have any right on job ? and moreover my brother is not taking care about my mother also. I am an Private employee with no other properties.

Once you offered the railway job for your brother that part is over for share of property in that case you can take a help from your mother where she can write a statement about the said matter before appropriate channel.

This is suggestion only. The job got by your brother is under standing between you and yor brother. There is no sheres, the question of you mother maintainace, your mother has to file maintainace case before the hon'ble court against your brother. Further the share of property divided equally among them(mother, your brother and yourself.
