Land distribution within family

Sir/mam. My grandpa gifted his half of land to my father without any condition. Now my only uncle is threatening us to give it back to my grandpa. Somehow( forcefully) he convinced my grandpa to go against my father in court and ask to return. Grandpa is now claiming that my father compelled him to gift that land . What should I do and what are the chances of court judgement?
IS your grandfather alive? going to court wont serve the purpose as if your grandfather makes a statement that he was forced to gift the land it would be difficult to prove. Is this a self acquired property of your grandfather or ancestral. if its ancestral you may file a case for partition.
