Is the marriage valid if performed without satpadi

The marriage in temple was performed without satpadi, mangalsutra. No other evidence of marriage other than pic n small video. Husband left wife after 20 days n she survived suicide,she committed suicide coz he left her. Does she need to file a divorce, or she is still not married ,?

If Hindu Marriage, then 1) A Hindu marriage may be solemnized in accordance with the customary rites and ceremonies of either party thereto.

If your marriage is not performed according to Hindu law that means saptpadi and mangalsutra but you have photo and video so you have first relief to complaint against him with police station then after you move to court of law.
