IS ANNULEMENT OF MARRIAGE IS NECESSARY

i married to a girl got her details from couple of marriage sites, and details given by he brother. I came to know after some time she was married in the past which was not written in her details given to me by her brother. On asking her she started crying and left house without discussions with valuables. (The proof I have of her Ist marriage is wedding card, photo & her brothers mail enclosing her sisters details where there is no mention of previous marriage, & whats up message saying she could not tell me about Ist marriage)
I filed police complaint (not FIR) sent legal notice to give valuable back and should get this marriage cancelled. No response from her or parents.
Is it necessary now to get this marriage annulled legally since we do not have any issue due to this wedlock or I want my valuables back? Advise me.

If her first marriage was lawful and is still not dissolved by any decree of the Court then your marriage with her is null and void.
You don't need to obtain any decree of the Court for declaration of your marriage with her as null and void. You are free to marry.
For getting your valuables back you will have to file a civil recovery suit.
