Intercaste marriage known after marriage

Hi,
Married in 2023 December, on 1st day of marriage came to know her parents are intercaste marriage, which is not displayed any of them including me by manipulating. She left home because of this on the 1st day it self. No Marriage certificate (un registered)or no signatures are done from both of sides. Any legal right with her? Lawyer saying it comes under special marriage act. Hence no cancellation or divorce possible
we need more details to answer your question. How did your marriage happen? under the Hindu Marriage Act? or as per other religion rituals? You need to specify where it happened? in India or outside the country? what kind of proof do you have etc?
