In-laws harassed me a lot during pregnancy and so I had premature baby

I hv bn harassed by my in-laws due to which my pregnancy becomes very complicated and i got pre mature baby now my son is facing lots of medical issues....how can I get justice for my son plz help me
Such allegation can not be proved as it is beyond the ambit of law. Though, you can register FIR in the nearest Police Station under section 498A of Indian Penal Code for domestic violence.
