If I leave my parents home can they disown me from their property

Actually m 33 yrs married with a kid, boy 3yr Living with my parents Its been 5 yrs of marriage My wife is not being treated properly by her mother in law Not much but day to tuants weird expressions scolding n everyday some kind of issues Not we r really fed up of all this We have family business M monthly bases on poket money 25k Now me n my wife have deicided to move out of house for some job n might relocate to some other city But i feel that on doing so my Dad would disown me from all his property Ya..just want to know that can he so easily disown me
It depends on the nature of the property, whether it is ancestral or self acquired. Your parents always have the right to will their self acquired property or dispose off the same. To determine your share and rights in the ancestral property, I will need more facts and details.
