I want to do a court marriage can i do it

My name is Ganesh Kumar My age is 20 years and 6 months I got married through love marriage 2 years ago.
I want to do court marriage right now, can I do it?.
I also have a son who is 1 year and 3 months old.
No you can't do court marriage, because the legal age for marriage is 21 year for boy and 18 for girl.
now you have a chil, so you can't do any legally. after the age of 21 you can try for marriage certificate
