I have an extra-marital affair can my girl friend file a case

I was in a relationship with a girl before marriage when I was about to get married that relationship continued post marriage I have had sexual relationship with the same female now due to various reasons I want to continue in my current marriage with my wife and do not wish to continue with my girlfriend. What should I do can my girlfriend take any legal action against me.

As for legal action, as long as you and your girlfriend were not minors from the first day of relationship, especially the first physical relationship, it's a case of consensual sex between two adults.
