My is intercaste love marriage registerd in goa i m from mumbai husband is hindu and i m muslim his family not accepting me and file a false divorce case on the second day of our marrg my husbnd was wkng in qatar hiding frm his fmly he took me tgere fr 6 moths but ne they cm to kne took husbnd bk to goa n me in mumbai frm las 2 mnth he is nt responsing me and husbnd done fake police complain agaist me can i file other case in mumbai if already they hv file the case in goa....
Yes, you can file divorces, maintenance, domestic violence case in Mumbai . If your current residence is Mumba . Your marriage proof is important for filing case in family court and domestic violence case. You have to attend Goa court matter. Otherwise it will ex parte/ one side.

You can file maintenance application and a dv that is domestic violence suit if any family member has troubled you.if you are a permanent resident of Mumbai, then you have the option to either file both these in Mumbai or in the divorce suit filed by them in Goa
