Husband paying on loans of his parents his siblings are well settled

My husband is paying parents house home and car loan emi and we 3 me my husband and our 3 yrs old baby are residing on rent- 13500/- in another flat because of love marriage.but now his 2 brothers are well settled and my father in law also have income source but still they are not paying single rupee.now our financial condition is very poor and my husband is not saying anything to his family or not discussion nothing.Me and my baby is suffering with my husband from financial problem.plz suggest what to do now. life is disturbed.
In the given situation, you alone can not do anything as your husband can pay the loan if he wants to although, if in future he is ready to acquire the said property for which he is paying loan, he will have to show the transactions and then on claim the ownership of the property. Also, he can file a suit for partition in the jurisdictional civil court.
