Husband and Husband family took my gold and no contact from husband

My husband lives in usa and my daughter is a us citizen. My husband's family harrassed me in usa. I returned to India with my in laws they took mine and my daughter's luggage it's been 3 months they are not returning it. My husband is not contacting me . My gold is with my in laws and they are saying that gold papers are missing how can I get my gold back and take action on them?
