How to withdraw Judicial Separation case?
12-Oct-2023 (In Family Law)
Recently, court passed an order in favor of the Respondent asking me to pay my wives travel expenses. I am facing financial problems and unable to bare the expenses due to which I filled an application to withdraw the case before next date. The Court took my withdraw application on board but kept it due for next date saying we'll hear the say from Respondent and verify the reason to withdraw i.e. Financial Problem. Can you please suggest me on, How do I withdraw my case on Next date as I will not be able to continue my case any further? Also, by rule what is my wife entitled for under travel expenses like ex: 2nd Sleeper/3AC/Hotel Stay etc charges. We are married under Hindu Marriage Act. Thank you in advance.
If you are aggrieved by any order of the court the remedy is always available in yhe higher court, either by way of appeal or a writ.
