How to safeguard me and my children from an alcoholic husband

I am lady age 45 , my husband is alcoholic , he is not eating at home , once he is at home he is Violent and abusive to us i.e me and my children , he is having money in his bank account , we are not getting a penny of it , he is saying he will not give anything to us , please suggest what should I do for future of my children , my elder sons age 26 and younger sons age is 22 , please advise me
I have gone through the facts mentioned by you. The best remedy that is available for you is to make an application under the domestic violence Act. Under such application you can ask for maintenance, residential orders, protection orders, etc.
Since, your sons are major, that is, above 18 years of age they will no get any remedy against their father. However, for your betterment and future you can surely apply for it.

As per information you provided you are a victime of domestic voilence( economical, physical, mential) by your husband. In that case you have option to file case under domestic voilence act in the court of law. You will get respite from the court. for further action you may contact me.
