How to return back to the husband after domestic violence case

Sir the husband didnt file divorce till now .and i wan to retirn back to my matrimonial home how to write a letter to the court since i had alrdy lawyer who s handling domestic violence case.
if you wish to reconcile your marriage with your husband and go back to your matrimonial home, there is a safer option that you can refer your matter to mediation where you can settle the matter with your husband and move back to matrimonial house. you need to withdraw the DV matter as well. you can verbally tell the court that you wish to settle the matter and want to reconcile your marriage
