How to respond to notice under section 9 from husband

I am Hindu, I am a victim of domestic violence. my husband filed wrong section9 case in presence of my husband home. I don't know about this. I was living with my husband with 1year & he was filed case after 4 month of my marriage & I was living with 1year. Right now I am at parental home. Notice received after 11month. What can I do?
As you have received notice section 9 from your husband . appear in court on the date mentioned on notice through your advocate and revert there as a said during that time you were staying with your husband.
