09-Jul-2023 (In Family Law)
my parents are a senior citizen and shifted in their paternal home after retirement and getting pension which is enough for their survival. Our relatives who are staying with them in divided portion of home always abusing them and trying to harass them so that they can leave the home my parents do not want to do so in any cost. we are only two sister no brother and staying in our in laws house and not able to stay with them. I think my relative intentions are not good and that may be harmful for my parents as they both are a heart patient what i can do to protect them from such situation

Since your parents are already living into their portion so it means partition is not required.
You may lodge a F.I.R. in local police where your parents residing or file a criminal complaint before local district court against misbehaviour of your relatives.

You can give the trouble makers a legal notice through an Advocate specifically stating each and every detail of the harassment and warn them that if they are not going to mend there ways and live in a peaceful manner then appropriate legal action will be taken against them. This will act as a deterrent measure and they might mend there ways and if this does not works then you can file a criminal complaint against them in the district court.
