how to legally handle an alcoholic father

my father is a sick drunk alcoholic. he has emotionally tortured me and my family for years. I'm 17. I want to file a case of deframation and mental abuse on behalf of my family. I also want to file a cheating case against him on behalf of my mother. that sick pervert is always looking for other women on online sites and I have found many Viagra pills on him so he's clearly cheating. he has brought unrecoverable loss of money and image on my family. is there any chance court will send him to rehab and pay for it. also how should I proceed. what will be the cost.
You may proceed against your dad by filing a FIR against him. Charges which may be labelled against him would be that of adultery, criminal defamation and cruelty. The lodging of the FIR should be the first step taken by you. It will further culminate into a full fledged criminal case again st him.
