How to file complaint for harassment of grandmother by daughter in law

My grandmother ( maternal) is 75 years old lady. Her daughter in law use to stay in gulf for last years, but now she has shifted to India . Since then she has been verbally accusing and mentally torturing her . On this my grandmother mothers health is worsening day by day. I even have a small video of her fighting with my grandmother. She is throwing away my grandmothers belongings in pretext of cleaning and throwing away unwanted things In such a case what can i do
you can book a case against her but my suggestion is that where you can meet in person with an advocate where you can explain all your details and you can show you video also where you can get proper suggestion and guidelines.
