how to ensure property of our father belongs to me and my sister

07-Aug-2023 (In Family Law)
My father is a widower. He wants to get married now at an age of 56. He has only some savings and a flat(we stay here) in his name. Me and my elder sister is unmarried and working. The lady whom he will be marring is of 52 years. She is working and having a flat in her name. His husband died long back, 3 years after their marriage. She does not have any kids. In this condition, me and my sister does not want to give any property or valuables to her. What steps should we take to ensure each property (Pension also) of our father belongs to me and my sister?

If your father legally marries a lady, then there is nothing you can do, untill and unless your father gifts the whole property to both of you. But that very deed also needs to be signed by your present mother.
