How to divide grand father's property among HUF

I am writing on behalf of my wife, her father formed a private limited company in 1989. Out of total 1 lacs share 30 thousand is HUF share. 10 thousand each on name of her father, Grand father & brother. Her grand father died on Feb. 2015 & father died on Feb. 2016, her brother has transfered 5000 HUF share of his grandfather HUF in his HUF account and rest 5000 in his father's HUF account. He has made this transfer in March 2017. Is it legal..? Her father was only son of his father & mother and grand mother are not alive. My wife has one elder brother and one unmarried elder sister. My wife and her unmarried elder sister are director in company, but CA of company and her brother who is also director in company are hiding things . they are not doing any board meeting from last two years and doing things without keeping sisters in loop. Can we divide HUF share
