How to discown son and wife from the property

I need advice regarding disowning to my son and wife, who are not in my control and both wish to take property. Nature of both are very cruel and inhuman against me. I am dong pvt. service in a company and presently posted in Delhi and living in a rented house. I originally belong to U.P. How to get rid of them.
If it is your self-acquired property there is no right for him to claim the same. However if it were to be ancestral property then your son will have a claim. You can through public notice in leading national newspapers and vernacular newspapers disown him and his acts. You can not be held responsible for your son's misdemeanours.
