How to deal with non cooperative bank

Hello, My wife is not willing to return back from her maternal home. She has left home several times out of petty issues, this time she has left home last week. Previously, she had been staying away from me for a year long and had returned on only in the month of March. We got married in 2015 and have a one year old son who is now with mother(my wife). Tried reaching her but she is avoiding me. I need access to my child and subsequent custody. It seems her family is plotting this issues to gain maintenance or something like that from us... Pls advice what legal action is advisable...?

Sir, You have asked about acces and subsequent custody .Do you want her to come back? if so try and organise a meeting of parents to try & resolve issues , since she is avoiding you.Alternatively through NGO , if nothing works out , then file an NC with police station that you are going to meet your son but apprehensive. you can take an appointment with me for detailed consultation.

Hello, U should file a case for restitution of conjugal right that means or u can send her legal notice to join your company with your daughter. If she not ready to reside with u then u file a custody case for your daughter and divorce case against your wife.
