How to deal with harassment from wife and her family

Dear Sir / Mam, I am a BA Graduate and My Wife had done MBA also I have a 2 years old kid .My Wife wanted lavish life and wanted to suppurate me from my parents . When I strongly objected it her father who is an advocate started threatening me of court.And just because of support of her parents she started raising hand on me and went away with her mama in 2015 I filed a case before the family law Restitution of Conjugal Rights.But she did not attend personal and hired an advocate to extend the dates.after 1.year court passed an Order of expert where court asked her come back to me for Conjugal life.But Instead of coming to me she has filed a maintenance case.Its been 2.6 years I lost my Job and was Job less just because of this case and no company was giving me job.Finally by God grace Last week I got a marketing job with the salary of Rs 2700/- + 2 times food Per Month.She has a relationship with her Mama and I have seen both of them in compromising position.Amount Pls
In this scenario you may approach the appropriate court for a decree of divorce under the ground of cruelty also as she has defied the court's order of Restitution of Conjugal rights. consult your advocate, on the point if she is working and you are jobless you can also seek maintenance from her.

If she is not interested for family life with you the better take a decision to divorce her but how will you prove if take such type of plea in your case but try to settle the matter by giving permanent alimony or try to give ex parte divorce

dear sr first u go to the local police station and lodge a FIR against your wife and charge of adultary and file a diverse case on family court on basic of adultry if local police not taken any action u meet S .P
