hindu sir how can my parents save my sister right to claim in their ancenstral and self owend property even if she can file in court for claim
dear client .....
your sister do have right in ancestral property ... you can not debarred her from her right.
property owned by your parents they can dispose off as per their wish . she can not make any claim in such properties.
