me ek shadisuda aadmi hu mera ek ladki se 9 saal se afair tha uske bahkawe me aakar mene v us ladki ne aary samaj me saadi kar li jo ki hame pata he ki valid nahi he ham dono ko galati ka ahsaas he hum dono apne apne ghar alag alag rahte he aur is saadi ko nirast karwana chahate he is shadi ko nirast karwane ka process kya he me apni pehli patni ke sath hi rahna chahta hu
Hi . the arya samaj marriage is legal in respect besides this if you wish to be aparted than basically you have to go for filing the case under section 13 B of hindu marriage act 1955 if both of you are hindu by religion and if your girlfriend is ready for mutual consented divorce
