How long does a court take to summon after case has been filed in bangalore family court?
Once a case is filed, if any interim order is sought, the matter will be listed on next working day and summons will be issued immediately . If interim order is not sought a date within 15 days from filing will be given and on that date summons will be issued.

Once the new case is posted before the court and on the same day court will order for issuance of summons with a direction to the opponent to appear before the court on the date fixed and usually court will give date after 30 days from the date of order and some courts will give even 40 days.
