How can I get marriage certificate of my relative in arya samaj mandir

One of my relative married (2nd) to a girl in Arya Samaj Calicut on 11/06/2006 and having a daughter. This I came to know only two years back and the matter is in the court. We could not get the marriage certificate or the details except the date of marriage from Arya Samaj Calicut Kerala. how to get the marriage certificate other details from Arya Samaj.? is it possible to get the details through RTI or other means, Please help me

You cannot get a marriage certificate of your relative. In case of lose of lose of the marriage certificate then the husband or wife can apply for a copy of the marriage certificate in arya samaj mandir.
