How Can A Married Person Get Married In Mantralaya Court

Hi I wanna know the procedure to get married in mantrlaya court for both party catholic n how the marriage officers can get man married when he is already married n not divorce n yet staying with his wife n how can witnesses too sign for it .is it not the marriage officer duty to verify.need help as the lady knew the man was married but she yet married him n got kids now

Hi There has been misrepresentation & fraud orherwise according to Christian Marriage Act , man cannot marry again without getting a Divorce / Annulment . You need to get copies of all the documents submitted in the Mantralay on the basis of which they got the marriage registered then decide on the next step. Possible he has falsely stated his status as bachelor.
