Harassment by my elder brother what can I do

My elder brother is troubling me and my parent, also threatening my relatives. The reason for this is a long story, but it's his fault fully. None of our family is on his side. He has also attempted suicide earlier in December 2015, in order to put us in trap. My father is a bp patient and also he is afraid of legal procedures. It is too late now to wait for him improve now. Need legal assistance
