Guardianship Case में Urgent Legal Advice चाहिए

मेरा Guardianship/Guardian Certificate से संबंधित केस Tohana Court, District Fatehabad में चल रहा है। केस मार्च 2025 से pending है और अब तक लगभग 27 hearings हो चुकी हैं। इसके बावजूद अभी तक arguments आगे नहीं बढ़ पाए हैं। मैं इस मामले में 2 वकील बदल चुका हूँ, लेकिन अभी भी कोई समाधान नहीं हो पाया है। फिलहाल अगली तारीख 29 सितंबर 2026 दी गई है, लेकिन मुझे Guardian Certificate की बहुत urgent आवश्यकता है और 29 सितंबर तक इंतजार करना मेरे लिए संभव नहीं है।

Your matter requires immediate procedural action rather than another change of counsel. First, we should examine the complete order-sheet of the case from March 2025 till date and identify the actual reason for the repeated adjournments. Thereafter, an urgent application for preponement and expeditious disposal can be moved before the Tohana Court. If effective relief is still not granted and the Guardian Certificate is genuinely urgent, appropriate proceedings before the Punjab & Haryana High Court can be considered for necessary directions. The urgency and welfare of the minor will be specifically placed before the Court.
