I would advise you to take legal action against him as what he has done as per your query falls under the preview of cheating and also it also falls in the category of rape. Therefore, don't waste time and take action.

Dear client,

Replying to you query in the following manner:-

There is no bar in the law for intercaste or inter religious marriage. Under special marriage act you can get married. However in your case family members are not agree. Although you and your partner had physical relationship, that was happened only due to your love and emotional feelings. Whereas Law says (U/S 375 IPC) if the consent for physical relationship was taken by making of false promises of marriage it could lead to offence of rape. You got pregnant after having physical relationship, in such case you can tell your partner to tell the truth to his family members either you can tell as well. If I suggest you to go for legal action, that may amounting to serious complications for your future as you know the society. The better way is to talk with your family and your partners family and settle the matter. There are provisions in the law for everything regarding your pregnancy as well.

You need to file a complaint, u need to be very clear that sexual relationship was due to inducement of marriage or else u don't have much of a case. If you have such instance in that case i can file a complaint against your boyfriend for sexual assault under the inducement of marriage
