Girl friend is under house arrest by her parents

Hi,
I'm Govind and I'm living in Gurgaon. Because of our love matter my gals parents kept her in home without any contacts. I tried to convince them by speaking to her family but they are not ready to listen to me. Even I've sent my family to speak with them but due to caste they are not even allowing inside.
sundennly one day she had call me and told me plz help me, and than she have provided me an application against her parrents,
and also I have court maded promise latter with 100 rs stamp.
plz help me what is the legaly procedure to talk back my girlfriend at my home with legal process.

Hi govind,you have not mentioned wether you have got marriage with her or not in arya samaj mandir.if yes you can file case u/s 9 before the family court,ms vani gopal sharma,you also can file case before SDM Gurgaon stating that the girl is under illegal custody of her parents.if you are not married then also you can move complaint against her parents.

I presume you both are major. You can go to a police station and lodge a complaint that the girl is in captivity. You can lodge this complaint in Mahila thana also. The girl will be freed from bondage.
