For equal share in fathers settlement, How to proceed ?

My father died last year he is a gov employee , got his settlement a month ago. I mom d sis are legal hier . I'm asking for my share my mom is refusing. What should I do to move legal

Who got your father's settlement? Did you give NOC to your Mother to receive the settlement? Why is your mother not giving your share? Usually they will give a cheque in favour of your mother? If your mother is not giving you a share then you must 1st send her a legal notice & if she is not paying then you must file a case against her. Your mother cannot deny your right .Without loss of time you have to approach the court for legal remedy for the equitable share in your father's death-cum retirement benefits that shall automatically devolves on you also. call me for appropriate relief.
