Father sexually abusing me what to do

I am a muslim girl and i am form jammu and kashmr actually my father is sexually abusing me in the absence of my mother.... and tries to give me money and other expensive things and then asks me to sleep with him.... i told my mother but she is not supporting me... i fear the if i show them proof of the call recordings my mom and dad might do something wrong to me. What can i do? How can i keep myself protected? I don't wanna stay with my parents anymore. I wanna break all the relations legally. Please help me!!!
