Father died and mother wants to transfer pagdi on my name how to do

What to do when my mother wants to transfer the pagdi room in my name. My father is died. I m having 4 sisters, in which one is allowing to do so.
Tenancy rights automatically gets transfer to you once your mother is demise. There no provision in Rent Control Act to transfer the tenancy rights during the life time of your mother. Till the time your mother is there you cannot transfer the tenancy rights in your name.
