22-Feb-2025 (In Family Law)
My grandmother filed a complaint against my mom and I claiming that we allegedly stole 2 lakh rupees by making her break her fixed deposit and signing a check for two lakh rupees while she was unconscious.

You need to prove that your grandmother willingly broke her fixed deposit, she herself signed the cheque's, you need to prove that she was not unconscious while doing this, cctv footage of the bank when the amount of two lacs was withdrawed from the bank, you need to File a counter police complaint against your grandmother for falsely accusing you in this matter, certain guidelines are to be followed by banks to break fix deposit, the account holder needs to be present in the bank and her documents are required, all these things should be taken in consideration and a counter complaint against the bank and your grandmother should be filed, if you have no connection in this transaction and if you are falsely implicated by your grandmother than she will definitely face jailtime
