Family Mater And Wife Not Letting Me Meet My Child

My wife has falsy accused me of touching my child aged 8 years inappropriately 2 years back an is not letting me enter in house from last 9 months when I go she threatens to call police and is not letting me meet my child.1 month back I myself went to police and filed a complaint .Imidiatly after that they said we will talk and compromise and that I should take my complaint back. But after 2 week when we met again they backed out. They have made a record ing of child against me and at threthening me from it.I love my child the most and it is not possible for me to stay away from her but I am not able to decide what to do.police also said that ur wife is lying but they can not do much as it is family matter.house where we were staying is allotted to my wife from her employer .child in 8 yr old girl.
