False Name Added In FIR Due To Brother Relationship

My younger brother file a divorce and 2hearing already done now 3rd hearing will be on 29 june2026,meanwhile girl lodge a FIR against my all family members under section : 85, 89, 115(2), 351(2), 352, 3(5),and marriage date was 15 feb 2018,how to deal with now,
