False DV case filed by wife after doing DV with us what to do

My wife filled a false case of DV against me and my Mumy after 1yr and 4month after the last incident that too my wife herself has done the cruelty by assaulting MIL with a hammer and booked under section 324,326,201,506&34 with the help of her family member and filled a false case after my mother file DV against her (prior to her) Her act is counteract Pls guide how can we fight the false and fabricated case?

Sir, You and your mother have a good case against your wife as already Criminal cases are pending against her.Also there is delay in filing the DV application. reach me to further discuss your matter Regards
