Res/sir/madam Mai 2009 Me mumbai gaya waha ak aurat se afair tha kuch din baad uske husband ne ak video banaya aur usko divorce de diya.kuch din baad mera sadi dusre se ho gaya ab wo lavish mujhe blackmail karty hai aaj bhi Us se relationship hai mera ab wo bolti hai wife ko chhodekar uske sath rahu nahi to wo mar jayegi ya police Me jayegi. Kya karu kuch samajh nahi aa raha hai plz Help me.
As you knew she was married and you had a relations with her. You were committing a crime under section 497 IPC. You are lucky that the husband dint initiate any legal action. Against you. Now you are married and still keeping a relations with her is again a crime and ground of divorce. You are asking for remedy while having extra marital affair. Kindly live with one person choose and decide
